The production process for silicone optics begins with tooling design. When customers provide YEJIA with 3D and 2D product drawings, we evaluate the feasibility of production and discuss mold design with them. Once the Design for Manufacturing (DFM) report is confirmed, we proceed with mold manufacturing. After the mold is finalized, we initiate LSR injection molding for mass production, which includes gate removal and post-curing processes.
