Injection MOLDING

LSR injection Moldding

LSR injection molding is a specialized process that shares similarities with plastic injection molding. However, unlike the latter, LSR injection molding involves injecting the material liquid silicone rubber (LSR) through the feeding system after the mold is closed. The material is then heated and injected to produce silicone products. It is a process that changes the liquid silicone material to the solid silicone products.

 

Silicone Overmolding

Silicone overmolding is a process that involves a second molding of silicone material with another type of plastic, metal, fabric, or silicone part. This process can be divided into two categories: LSR overmolding (liquid silicone) or compression overmolding (solid silicone).
